Dance-Sing the Night Away!
We were proud to have been chosen to supply all the equipment and MCs for the Scottish & Newcastle nationwide 'Search for a Star' competition, consisting of over 112 venues, as well as for the after-show parties for the Brits and NME awards.  Although we are London-based we can provide disco and karaoke throughout the UK, with professional quality sound and lighting and a range of optional extras for your event. All our equipment is regularly checked, updated, and of course PAT tested.   We are available to make new bookings from 9am to 9pm, 365 days a year - simply give us a call or fill in our online form. Once your booking is confirmed, we’re always on hand to ensure the event plays out exactly the way you want (including providing a back-up system and MC just in case), and our friendly customer service team are always just a phone call away.
From children’s parties to corporate events, our hand-picked team of DJ’s is ready to get the party started, any occasion, any size.   After every booking we will work with you to compile your playlist to ensure all of your favourite tracks are played loud and proud. Our DJs are equipped with thousands of songs of all genres, from golden oldies to the hottest chart-toppers, to keep you and your party boogieing all night long. Lighting is an essential part of any disco experience, but why not stand out and add a smoke or bubble machine for a disco with flare. Whether you're planning a private house warming party, a surprise 21st birthday extravaganza or a corporate dinner and dance for 500, Dance-Sing will have everything you need for an event no one will forget.
With over 17,000 professionally produced backing tracks to choose from, we invite you to indulge your inner pop star and belt out all your favourite tracks.  We have songs ranging from the 50’s to the present day so there is something for everyone and as our song list is updated every month, you’ll never miss out on the latest hits climbing the charts.   You will always get a qualified and experienced MC as well as a fully computerised karaoke system, wireless microphones and disco lights. We understand that choosing the entertainment for your wedding is a big decision and we want to ensure that we can do our very best to make certain that your reception goes exactly how you imagined. That’s why Dance-Sing have called in an expert. We’ve teamed up with wedding planner Michelle Clarke of Cherish Brides, so that every part of the service we provide matches with your wedding vision.  Michelle says “ A wedding disco is not only about the music played, it’s about the set up and the DJ’s ability to relate to the guests. No couple wants the dance floor empty on their big day or a disco set up that clashes with the venue they’ve spent hours planning to look perfect. We want to enhance their day and make sure from the first dance to the last dance, the couple and their guests have the best time possible.” We’ll help you chose your playlist and ensure we have the perfect first dance song, making recommendations if you haven’t got one in mind already. We can provide anything you need from dance floors and backdrop star cloths to setting the scene with romantic mood lighting.
Going the extra mile is nothing new for us - it’s the way we do business. With every booking we will provide you a dedicated Account Manager to personalise every aspect of the event to your needs. Whether it’s your office christmas party or the launch of a new product with your vip clients, we can guarantee an uncompromised, professional, reliable and friendly service which will make your night a night to remember… for all the right reasons. We offer different packages and equipment depending on your event, with compact set ups for the smaller gatherings or enough lights and speakers to fill the largest of halls.
How far in advance do I need to book your services?Bookings can be made at anytime but to avoid disappointment we would recommend booking as soon as you know the date and location of your event.  Do you charge for mileage or set up?No, the price you are quoted includes our travel and set up costs. How do I book?Making a booking with us is easy and hassle-free, simply phone, send us an email or fill in our online booking form. See our contact us page for more information. Do I need to pay a deposit?Yes, we ask all our clients to pay a deposit of £50 to confirm their booking. and the balance is due in cash at the start of the event. In the event of a cancellation, we will return the deposit provided the cancellation is made 14 days prior to the event date.   Do you add VAT to your quote?No we do not charge VAT. Do you provide a signed agreement?Yes, we will provide you with a signed agreement outlining the terms of your booking.  Do you have Public Liability Insurance cover?Yes. We have full public liability insurance cover and our equipment is PAT tested for electrical safety. How do you handle overtime?You can purchase additional time by paying overtime at the beginning of the hour.  All overtime is purchased on an hourly basis and the cost for overtime is outlined in your agreement.   How long does it take to set up?We will arrive approximately one hour prior to the scheduled start time of your event unless other arrangements have been made. It typically takes about forty-five minutes to set up. How does your DJ/MC dress for a formal event?Our DJ’s and MC’s will always be presentable and will dress according to the type of event booked. If I book you for my wedding can you provide wireless microphones for the toasts and speeches etc?Yes, we can provide up to two wireless microphones to be used during your reception.

DJ Mark G has been working in the DJ & karaoke business for over 18 years. He began his career as an accountant but after a chance meeting at his local pub, he discovered his passion for entertaining, becoming a professional DJ and Karaoke Jockey soon afterwards. Mark has been working in the industry ever since, and in that time has accumulated a wealth of experience and technical knowledge. Mark now oversees the technical management of Dance-Sing.com and its DJs. Michelle Clarke has had a passion for music for as long as she can remember. She has been singing since she was 8 and has performed at many prestigious locations including the Union Chapel and the Royal Albert Hall. She and her husband Tom met Mark after hiring his company for a gig at her family's pub in Islington, and the couple joined the team soon afterwards. Michelle has over 12 years of business management experience and now looks after the operational aspects of Dance-Sing.com. Tom Clarke is a bona-fide music enthusiast and has been collecting tracks since his early childhood. Tom has a vast depth of musical knowledge in almost any genre, ranging from the 1930s until the present day. With his love of music and singing it was only natural that he would be drawn to the karaoke industry, and after meeting Mark in 1998 he was hooked. Apart from being co-owner of the company, Tom is also Dance-Sing.com's lead Karaoke Jockey.
